In Suburb Bus, I explored Georgia bus rider experiences in interviews and online complaints to look for common ground. Through this, I categorized bus commuting problems in a digestible manner, visualized the frustrations of bus riders to acknowledge their voices, and provided comparative scenarios for audience reflection. To document it all, I designed a 100 page process book that discusses the project's visual identity and development.
